Self care goes beyond the surface. We have to take care of ourselves from the inside out. No man is an island. Most of us can't get through this life all alone. I am my sister and my brothers keeper. This is our Earth, these are Our brothers, Our sisters, Our children, Our parents. We are responsible to play a role in regaining control of the health of our families our lives and our neighborhoods. We must unite and share our wealth of knowledge with those in the dark... regain control... it may not be televised but it will be digitized... let’s talk about it!
